I filed a dispute and finally received paperwork from them and the amount they were disputing on the paperwork was half of what I was disputing!!! I called and talked to people in another country and explained and told the whole story to at least five “representatives” of chase. And two times was just disconnected after an hour on the phone with them. They put you on hold over and over again and then when they get back on the line they cannot hear you!!!!! So I had to start all ove because they cannot take your phone number and call you back!!!!! I have been trying to get a hold of the company I made the original charges with after chase has given me a credit(back charge) on my card for 1/2 of the charges I have disputed. The person I talk to where I charged originally says to keep those credits and we would be square! Thank you so much I call chase and tell Albert what has transpired with the original company. I have left my phone numbers and emails with them on three letters!!!!! First of all I rarely leave negative reviews, if my experience is less than satisfactory I will simply choose to leave no review rather than a negative one. And he tells me they have charged my card back again!!!!!! That said the Chase bank as well as their app left me little choice. For weeks I could not even use it because every time I tried signing in it would crash forcing me to use a cumbersome web browser for my mobile banking. Sooo it has been over a month now and they still have my card charged too much!!! I was talking to the superior person and he would not understand and he put me on hold and poof. Once the app started working (about a month and several updates later) I found it to have way less features and to be much less organized than any other banking app I have used. This alone was disappointing however their customer service is even worse which I find quite disturbing for an organization that handles ones finances. They seem to know very little of what they are doing as they misplaced several important documents that I had faxed them directly from a bank branch claiming they had not received them forcing me to spend hours sending them though several different formats. After this I call back only talk to a different representative to find out they had received the fax a week ago when I had sent it originally. This alone was very frustrating but to make it worse customer service was very unfriendly and unhelpful which I found quite unprofessional for a banking institution. Sadly from my experience I would not recommend this app nor chase bank itself.
